I was raised in Lewiston, Maine by a loving and supportive family. We were not immune to challenges by any means (my brother suffered from congenital heart defects which could be devastating at times, and there was drug and alcohol abuse in the family.) However, these experiences ultimately guided me to pursue a career that involved medicine and healing. I obtained my Doctorate in Pharmacology in 2000, and I've worked in retail pharmacy for over 20 years.

 

I'm fortunate for the life I now have with my husband and two children. As any parent would agree, taking on the role of parent can change your life a great deal. For me, I chose to reset a lot of priorities in my life once I became a mother.

 

Interestingly, during my time of transition to motherhood, I also began to experience life in a whole new way, which has led me to a new and greater purpose.

 

It began when I started to see movement, flashes and streaks of light in my peripheral vision. I thought that I was losing my mind! Little did I know that as a result of my conscious efforts to experience life from a different perspective, I was actually opening up to an entirely separate realm that exists beyond the five physical senses. As a result of this life change, I have discovered my new passion and life purpose: helping as many people as I can by sharing what I know to produce a balance of better health, self-awareness, purpose, and create more joy.

My experiences with the metaphysical have drawn me closer to the notion that healing of our physical body is only a very small part of nurturing our overall health and well being.

I am a trained intuitive Oracle Card reader.  I am also certified to perform Integrated Energy Therapy, which is a modality of removing negative energy from the body and replacing it with positive energy, with the guided and loving assistance of Archangels.

Most recently, during the pandemic of 2020, I experienced an energetic event that has forever transformed me, and has solidified my intention to learn how to further serve the Greater Good of Humanity. My newest endeavor involves training to learn how to telepathically communicate with beings of a higher power.  As a result of these actions, a great deal of transition and learning has taken place, and I am so excited to be able to share what I have learned!

 

This work is referred to as "inspired speaking" - a form of channeling, where I am able to merge my energetic field with my Guides (and other loving light beings from the non-physical realm) in order to provide positive validation and insight about the origins of humanity; ways to find true meaning in our existence during this lifetime; and how we can reach our highest potential for attaining overall well-being, balance, and happiness.

 

Each session performed has its own individual perks, as much of the information that comes through is tailored to provide exactly what the sitter needs to hear at the present moment of each session.

 

After continuous years of research, personal growth and development, and applying the principles of what I have learned to my past and present experiences (both positive and negative), I can honestly say that I've created positive change and balance that I never knew could exist in my life. Becoming in tune with “higher awareness” is necessary for our overall physical, spiritual and emotional health and well being.  The results are beyond amazing - and if I can manifest positive changes, SO CAN YOU!
